Anne Rice

I was deeply saddened to hear about the passing of Anne Rice this morning. She was a unique voice in the world of literature who, despite the gothic or supernatural nature of her writing, was ultimately writing about people, which is part of the reason so many people connected to her work. Like many, my first introduction to her work was with Interview With A Vampire, and just as Lestat drew Louis in, she drew me in and inspired me as a writer. I am grateful for her and the mark that she has made on the world and on me. My condolences to her family and those who knew and loved her.

Allow me to paraphrase one of her famous lines, Goodnight sweet queen, may flights of devils wing you to your rest.

I grew up in Green Brook, NJ and as of 2017 am living in Vero Beach, FL. I am an author of stories for both page and screen. Literally Jesse is a place where I can share what I have been up to both literally and literarily speaking. I am an avid reader of fiction with a love for horror, mysteries, science fiction & thrillers, but I don’t limit myself to those genres. I am a published author with my first novel, The Condemned, on sale now and is published by Fulton Books. I am very excited to share what I have been up to and what I am working on.
