Hello again everyone! I trust this post find you well.
I just sent the second round of editing back to the publisher!
There was much less than the first round, which is good. I realized as I was reviewing the novel that I could probably keep editing it forever, but I cannot keep nitpicking. I need to just let the story be because it is good and it’s ready to be shared.
I am very much looking forward to signing off on version 3 when it comes back, hopefully next week one day. Then we can start working on cover and page design. I am debating about having little sketches at the start of each chapter. I have a few ideas for the cover as well, but the illustrator and I will need to review those together and try to come up with some ideas. I am very much looking forward to sharing that when I can.
